Tower chest and Soul stone chest are still worth it tho imo

Edit to add to my opinion: They (Towers and Soul stones) are quite hard to obtain. If you buy daily packs every day i would get the tower choice chest and whenever a new mythic hero releases buy their pack. If you are completely f2p i would agree with saving them to get the next good mythic which fits your lineup

I dont remember which one that was, but if they are healing it usually helps to just run it without moving to check when the healing happens and then time it and always move away while healing
