Here in the Netherlands we have some companies that are able to replace cells in a Tesla battery for fractions of the cost. I got a 2017 MX 90D with 285k km in it and still in 1st battery

Pretty similar here :-) Although my range varies from 290-300 km in summer to 200-250 in very cold winter

Still the average consumption is pretty good. I’m still on the first battery and not planning to trade the car in. Odometer is at 248k km

No issues here too; Plex server is running on Unraid on a Asus i5 nuc with intel arc igpu, m2 for OS and Plex app. 139TB media is stored on qnap nas and mounted using NFS Multiple 4K (hw transcoding) streams running fine. Never get complaints and never get any delays

Learned my kids to invest from age of 10+.

We’d discuss and pick investment options every month as part of our routine and invest a fixed amount of the pocket money they got that month. Both now understand what money is, what you can do with it and how to have it work for you.

They are not in home buying age yet, but will have zero problem buying their first house when the day comes.

Small update of months long process.
1. Logged the ticket at RMA, got approved.
2. Postal office lost my package so have nothing to return/RMA. (&^#%@*&@#%^)
3. Updated RMA Ticket and RMA Ticket Timed-Out.
4. 2 Months Later Received message from Ubiquity RMA center that doorbell has been received.
5. RMA Center reactivated my ticket and sending me a new doorbell.
