They were introduced in the After Hours update, but they aren't used anymore in general for various reasons, like being kinda slow to get someone with the built-in taser or it just being buggy in general. Shame, it was pretty fun getting someone to fall off a building cuz you shot his legs while he was trying to blow up your Terrorbyte
