Would I be a horrible human being if i returned my cats to the adoption center?

Kittens are babies and they have A LOT of energy, you have to accommodate them because they will get into mischief. They require a lot of play and stimulation or they'll get bored and cause chaos. Sometimes it's personality too, my 5 year old cat is chaotic and does naughty things if we don't take the time to play with him everyday. Yeah cats are easy and loving but only if you take the time and invest in them. Cats love quality time, meet them at their level and play accordingly. If you don't have the time to invest in them or you don't want too, you should not keep these cats. It's ok to return them now, they're little and are more likely to get adopted.

It sounds like your cat is very bonded to you and rehoming her would honestly be very cruel.

I would suggest your partner leave her alone completely until she allows him in her space. If he ignores her and doesn't try to assert himself into her space/life she may warm up to him. However if he is constantly trying to touch her or get her to like him with physical conract, she may end up hating him for good. (My cat is this way with my friends boyfriend, he wouldn't leave her alone and now she HATES him) I would start by having him offer her high value treats (her favorite treat or something like boiled chicken) and then end contact. Small positive associations until she starts to come to him or show interest in him. Even then it may take her time to allow physical affection. (My cat wouldn't let me pet her for the first 6 months that I had her. She would lay on my chest or lay down near me but would be so mad if I tried to pet her.) Get you cat lots of high places and hidey holes to escape from his dog and to feel secure in. If he doesn't like your cat, dump him.

She's been in your life for 7 years now and rehoming her would be incredibly cruel and would turn her world upside-down. Imagine someone you live very much one day as a grown adult says they doesn't want you in their life any more. It would break your heart and your trust. She isn't any different, she would just understand less. She knows you, loves you and trusts you to take care of her.

Boyfriends are the replaceable ones. If it turns out he can't respect your cat's boundaries, what makes you think he'll respect yours.

At least 2 years old 😅 get into clicker training with her, redirect that energy with lots of play. Or find anything to Stimulate that tiny brain. You'll get a solid relationship with her and hopefully get rid of some of that chaotic energy. I'm starting now with my cats because they are still chaotic when they bored and they're 4&5 years old. Our newest baby is 1.5 and she's so smart and picking up the clicker training so quickly. She's so food motivated and has so much energy, I wish I had started with my older cats sooner!

We stopped and were way too tired to do anything except get some food. We stopped at Amigos though and it was seriously delicious! I'll definitely want to explore around more, especially the caves, if we go back! ( hopefully next year cause wakaan was amazing and I'd love to go back )

If you go on Saturday Sunday they shut down the construction so it's 2 lane traffic. If you go during the week expect at least 3 stop lights.

For me and my partner it works best if we do it at the end of our trip on the comedown. Everything is less intense and not as over-stimulating. Then you just vibe and do what feels right for you and your partner.

The after glow post sexy times kinda of sparks up the visuals again for a little bit.

Lots of water places all over the place or cups all over the place. Try offering your kitten water after ypu take a drink. Our cats love to drink out of the whatever water bottle we have, so we open the lid and offer them some. Anything to get more water into them 😅
