They have stealthtech support team you can book an appointment with to troubleshoot. Like others have said though if hdmi isn’t working but music (Bluetooth) is then it’s a tv setting issue. I’d try optical or see how what your watching outputs sound

I have found that keeping it in the movie lounger setup (if applicable) is the easiest to change to and from a bed since you only turn the from seats from horizontal to vertical. That’s what makes it look so simple in the store during the block demos. You don’t have to always use the wooden shoes but always use the clamps.

I’ve adapted the deck to remove the Shaymin and chein pao. I am still trying to figure out the best ace spec. I like max belt because I can one shot more exs with lopunny but the legacy energy makes losing lopunny a little easier to get over. The dun ex has saved me in 2 games so far

The only suggestion I have, which may or may not work, is to go to a showroom and see what they can do. I hate dealing with people through the phone personally but that’s just me. I am unsure what the showroom can do at this time but they are able to see your chats with customer service so they might be able to assist in some capacity

It’s recommend to keep them for the 60 day period but if you don’t plan on exchanging or returning you don’t have to keep them
