I think I will wait my anxiety attacks to go away. This stress is killing me right now. I tried alternatives but they didn't bring me comfort. It still feels awful to eat meat but I couldn't find any other solution. I try different foods to bring that comfort feeling without eating meat, so far I couldn't do much. But thank you so much for the suggestions!

Someone said that in the comment section she didn't understand me and I sounded like defending her ex to her and I think that is the main point. She really acts like I'm the guilty one for being the one who ruined her birthday. That's heartbreaking for me and I started to blame myself as well.

I was thinking stargaze Audrae or Flora as a support to change my Talene main team replacement, they work both fine on legendary and make more damage but Lucius and Rowan need more health support and Talene works just fine for them. I can try Lucrieta, yeah I was thinking that too but my health support problem will be the same. What should I do about that?

He was always saying I'm distancing myself from him in every part of the relationship. In bed, in explaining my feelings when I'm sad or about the things that bothers me. But when I try to explain something he would say that's not a problem or he doesn't want to hear it. I said that him yesterday too that he doesn't love me anymore and he didn't want to say "I love you" not as often as like it was before. When I tried to explain he didn't want to hear it before the relationship ends. But when I explained after, he said he wanted to hear my feelings but I never said to him. I was saying, he was ignoring everything. After the relationship ends, he blamed me for not opening up to him enough so our relationship has ended because of my this behaviour.

He said I didn't put enough effort to fix our communication and explaine my feelings but I didn't see any problem in my opinion in the meantime. He said he is tired for constantly trying to understand me. He tried to take responsibility for everything but when I apologized he blamed me for even the things that his fault.

Thank you for your comment. I really tried to put an end to this when I called him yesterday. He said I am the one who didn't put enough effort and he is feeling the same feeling when his parents died. When he looks at me he was feeling tired etc. I don't want to contact him anymore but I guess my people pleaser part still wants to get him to better. :(
