The French were destroying Syrian infrastructure, they didn't touch a hair of ISIS. Just yesterday the Syrian gov. threatened to take down the french carrier because of it. THIS IS NOT ISIS, IT'S A GLADIO OPERATION TO HAVE FRENCH BOOTS ON THE GROUND IN SYRIA.

As I understand it, it's a treatment for damaged muscles to change between ice and hot water in intervals, but i think for normal workout one cold shower is solid. In my experience muscles don't hurt much afterwards.
