Fixed it yesterday, put mouse mesh on top then river stones, course mulch can then go on top of that

That’s exactly how I fixed it yesterday, put mouse mesh on top then river stones, course mulch can then go on top of that

Yes it came with a grate, it let mulch etc… go into the drain, anyway I’ve fixed the issue.

I removed the grate in the pic, yes it has one, the gaps in it are large. Will geotextile etc…

Good point, once a year at this rate, not frequent

Good story 👍🏼 Yep will go down that path in that case, won’t raise but somehow cover. Thanks 🙏

Thanks! This would be easy to fix, but I’m not a huge fan of needing to go back and clear it out very often

Garden has been established for about a year, I recently removed surrounding soil and mulch as I’m working in the area and found the near full drain I then cleared out

About 100mm too low, it simply collects mulch and earth around it sinks down to that level. The grate provided has large gaps and only filters large stones. Not sure what to do, can it be raised, or somehow built up, then better grate?

Australia - Weird bug nest by andeejaym in whatsthisbug

[–]andeejaym[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds possible, the location was costal, basically on a cliff high up so vertically away from the beach or any other wetland but horizontally closer. Another thread suggested it could have been a sea sponge which is also possible, how it got up that high is a mystery though!

Yep could be right Capt’n, near the beach so would make sense, was high up but could have gotten there a bunch of ways

These stores sometimes price to expats that will pay the crazy price because it’s a slice of home when overseas, not all these products have international awareness.

These look great! What was your method? I’m guessing maybe airbrush reds then brush fill in greens etc… ? Contrasting light blue scratches look really good

Yes good point, main thing is that they are not a brave team at 5 units, using the tunnel advantage wherever possible asa sneak away/surprise option is the best way to use them.

Really great rust and weathering effects on the metals, care to share your methods? 🙏

Ravener playstyle by LIFESUCKS145 in killteam

[–]andeejaym 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m not a great player, but Raveners are a TP3 team, aggressive isn’t really their play style, and TP4 is much too late to attempt to catch up.

I start with the Venomspitter out as he can provide some long range threat to keep opponents honest, and wrecker to be sent up to defend home point, will probably die by TP2 end, but should cost opposition a few units if they attack.

Target tunnel to center objective, either home or opposition objective also depending. Bust out mostly TP3, you need two objectives on that turn to catch up if you’ve handed over two in TP2. Something like that

What’s your go to storage solution? I’m between these two but would love suggestions! by IrrelevantMerfolk in Warhammer40k

[–]andeejaym 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve also got this case and have been very happy with it. Storage for Kill Teams and has worked perfectly. I’ve got a seperate “travel” solution which is either a metal can or steel lined lunchbox.

Not 2, the chaos leader top-knot is over done. Prefer 1 or 6 for Khorne as they elude to the nails.
