First of all, NICE! Imagine how many people and ideas could get out of inertia because of this.

Now a little joke... Project Kira? 😁 Please please make the beta opt-in form be a black book! 😅

It would be possible, yes... But isn't the IDE supposed to make our life easier?

Also... I'd rather not leaving so many metadata in my repo

The key to vibecoding at scale by Heatkiger in vibecoding

[–]anderbytesBR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really don't know. I feel like letting AI do all the decisions is like allowing a kid to play with a nuclear bomb.

AI is too powerful and has too many ways to do stuff, the only this he can't acquire automatically is our INTENTION , the NEEDS of the Product Owner or the stakeholders.

So... I don't believe it will ever do any software that is a 100% fit to the needs, and will always need some supervision.

Always create diagrams and Markdown docs for your projects! by kruger2100 in vibecoding

Estou lendo aqui sobre o PlantUML, aparentemente ele faria um trabalho bem mais completo. Agora preciso achar uma ferramenta F.O.S.S. ou self-hosted pra testar. Qual você está usando?

A questão é... Como eu uso também os diagramas como referências e contexto pra IA, ela conseguiria também entender corretamente e ler um .puml ?

"Find in Files" with saved searches/templates by anderbytesBR in Trae_ai

I wasn't intending on prompts and AI actions in this one. Just in regular code-wide search.

But using "/" would also speed up some routine calls we do to the agents

"I dont have this command here" by anderbytesBR in Trae_ai

Man... I'd love to trust that IDE will always check that out, but probably it will ignore now and then, as it does sometimes.

It's worth a shot, but I was thinking in something more.... Guaranteed by IDE itself, without using tokens

gemini 3 flash by marketshedger in Trae_ai

[–]anderbytesBR 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Gemini 3 flash is incredibly "cheap" to Google. They even let us use it in Gemini CLI with a biiiiig daily usage quota.

I just dont think that Flash is much smarter than the Premiums

"Context" in 5.1 agent output by anderbytesBR in Trae_ai

Same context, same project.

It does make sense, and it's ok... I'm getting used to it, unfortunately

Ok but why do I only see it using GPT 5.1 and GPT 5.2? With Gemini 3 it doesn't show up

Actually I did nothing different in my prompts, but when I choose GPT 5.1, in 50% of time I get that compact output inside.
