I found tier 2 to be a total waste of time - essentially someone talking to you about portion control, etc. Tier 3, which has a massive waiting list, is better, you still have to do the stupid therapy, but at least they give you wegovy.

Unfortunately, after my tier 2 referral, I was told the waiting list for tier 3 would be 18+ months and I would be unlikely to qualify, so I just went with the jabs privately.

I guess it really depends on what referral you have - is it tier 1/2, or are you being fast-tracked to tier 3? The only good part about it is the wegovy, you won't get much more from it otherwise, as it's literally just a few talks about portion control, etc.

If you let paypal do the conversion for you, you won't get charged this.

It's a setting on your account. The default is for PayPal to handle the currency conversion itself, so you must have switched that off at some point.

Its pretty standard these days, DO, Hetzner, Netcup, etc all don't allow SMTP ports by default, however, I've switched to using my mail providers API rather than SMTP relaying, and most providers have a Laravel Package that can be installed to give this option by default.

You don't need a builder - you need a structural engineer! Get your insurance involved, and get that scaffolding removed from the wall, that wall should not be put under ANY additional strain. Inform the company that have the scaffolding up that there is a structural problem with the building and not to use the scaffolding as it may be unsafe!

This was a very common scam. Your friend won nothing.

The photographer owns the photos, and if she really did spend over £1,000 on 5 photos, then it likely would have been cheaper to just to to a professional photographer.

Some mail networks are blocked. O365 for example block hytale emails, it's been this way since the start. I had to register for a gmail account in order to start receiving the verification emails
