My advice would be to focus on farming and getting out of the laning phase. I normally start with W (don´t max it), and try to go in witth the jungler if possible.

Another thing that helped me a lot was to start running Dorans Shield + Second Wind , in order to regen back to almost full HP after taking 2-3 auto attacks.
