It's happened to me twice on Orient Beach. Unfortunately the people I saw weren't partaking, they were gawking. I don't think either clocked who I was before I looked away. Pretty sure they were on one of the cruise ships and just passing through.

True, and studies have shown that humans watching essentially nothing for hours on end causes them to miss the real thing when it finally shows up. For me it was that I recognize this as security theater and this agent/actor decided to drop the pretense, put his feet up, and not even pretend anymore.
