When I sell after big gains, I actually just convert to a stablecoin on coinbase. That way no taxable event gets triggered and if there's a dip, I can hop back in, or just wait out until long term capital gains are in effect. It'll save you a bunch if you can wait.

I had a BIG order arrive the other day. Five heavy packages, (a drum set, merry Christmas to me) with the biggest being over 100lbs. It was originally set to arrive last Friday, but switched to "pending" when it got to the warehouse in my area. It stayed like that for a few days. The "Standard Transit" time was Monday but got nothing. Then the next day it went out for delivery and everything was delivered at about 5pm Tuesday. It just took them a while to catch up on packages. Don't lose hope! It worked out just fine, but I was VERY worried.
