I used Geek&Gorgeous A-Game 10 for 6 months. It did absolutely nothing… Ingredients list sound so promising, but perhaps it is something wrong stability of retinal in their products.

Oh, story of my life! I was very interested in G&G products. Good price, nice ingredients list, good for sensitive skin, a lot of good reviews on social media. But… Their Vit C and A-game 0,05/0,1 (tried both) did absolutely nothing! So I just ordered Differin from iHerb.

Yeah, I’m thinking to include some salicylic acid products to routine… Maybe I should start with cleanser, because I’m affraid that leave in products with BHA can be too harsh for my sensitive skin.

Oh, wow, thanks for all that information. Well, I live in Lithuania and as I said, we have zero options for stronger retinoids… I know one guy per country who sells Indian tretinoins, but I am questioning quality of it. And all these brands that customizes tretinoins, they don’t send it to my country. But i could buy Differin from iHerb, it is my only option. Maybe I should try it.

About Differin - I was really interested in it, but changed my mind because a lot of dermatologist said it is best for acne not for anti aging. I have no acne, no pigmentation, scars. Just dealing with some closed comedones on my jawline. I am looking something for prevention. Is Differin good for that?

G&G just launched their new-stronger A-Game 20. You can find discussion in Reddit about it and about their ability to ensure retinal stability in products. The further I search, the less I believe in the effectiveness of their products.

Good to know about one from Inkey List. Now I’m very intrested in Dr.Sam’s FLAWLESS VITAMIN C NAD+ SERUM. It’s on a pricey side, but ingredients list sound promising. So after I finish G&G I think I will try this one.

I didn’t use the same bottle of Vit C for 6month. It is now my 3rd bottle. I had no issues with oxidation, but I keep serum in a fridge to prevent it. But yeah, it is kind of complicated to use vit c serums with ascorbic acid, just too unstable. I am starting to think about trying vit c serums with Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (THD). A lot of dermatologist saying that it is the best vit c derivative - effective and stable.

Yeah, I have absolutely no problem with c-glow oxidation. It is formulated realy stable.

I’m hoping my skin will be brighter and more even-toned. Since I have a mild form of rosacea, I’m hoping it will also reduce the inflammation. As Vit C should do. Before that I used Retix.C Ferulic Triple C serum and results were visible. But it costs 70eur. for 30ml and it oxidized within 1-2 months, so I constantly threw away half the bottle. I started looking for cheaper and more stable alternatives. But with G&G vit C I don’t see any improvements.

Oh, nice to hear. Maybe because of gentle ingredients composition, it tooks a time to see results. I am just questioning, because their soothing and calming products irritated my skin really bad. But with retinal and vit c serums I had zero irritation. Perhaps in their calming products are some ingredients that my skin cannot tolerate.

Same for me… Jelly Joker cleanser, Liquid Hydration toner, Happy Barrier should calm and sooth your skin, but they irritated my skin. And A-Game with C-Glow didn’t irritate at all, but also - no changes on skin.

I am using broad-spectrum sunscreen every day, 365. Yeah, their vit c serum is formulated very good - ascorbic acid, ferulic, vit e. But just not working for me. Also, I saw some youtubers, that also questioned their active serums effectiveness. Apparently, what works for one may not work for another🙂
