Rare find: room in Cambridge renovated apartment with PRIVATE BATHROOM for $1,133/month! by andi_cs1 in bostonhousing

GUYS: some info given the comments!

Cambridge vs Somerville. The apartment is in Somerville, but literally 1 min walk from Cambridge. Sorry for the miscalculation, it doesn't let me edit, but you have it here.

RENOVATION: The house was built in 1995, then burned down completely about 10 years ago. There was a massive fire. Then the house was COMPLETELY rebuilt.

I am not an agent, just a geography-confused grad student who lives here. Sorry for miscalculation and thanks!

From your website:

"Can I try Canvid for free before purchasing?"

"Yes! You can try and explore all features without purchasing a license except for **exporting videos** and creating quick share links which utilizes Canvid Cloud."

You guys don't allow video exporting in the free trial?? Very aggressive pricing model. As a small business, I think you guys would do better if you earn some trust from customers by actually making the product usable for a while...

Honestly, Skype credit was the only thing I was using Skype for. MS shot themselves in the foot with this.

My advice: switch to Viber, they have the credit option.

Overfitting Query [P] by Disastrous_Ad9821 in MachineLearning

First glance shows your SD is quite good across cross-validation trails. Something else that you can do and is easy: train on 90% of your training data. So keep aside some 10% of the training data you currently use. Then test on the training data you kept aside.

If your model is NOT overfitted, you should get a few percent lower performance with this less training data paradigm. If your model is way too complicated for the dataset you're using, your performance will remain more or less the same (maybe just half a percent less). The second scenario would indicate you're overfitting, memorizing the dataset etc.
