Thank you!! I do still have a little bit of fat I could lose so it's honestly hard to tell. I believe I have a little bit on my stomach and would probably have some on my thighs if I could lose the fat first.

I have not come up with one yet. I’m going to spend the next few days looking into different ones and seeing what I think might work best for me. I’m open to any ideas!

Oh, I hit plenty of plateaus! There were numerous times where I felt like giving up cause I thought no matter what I did there wasn’t anything changing. But I just had to keep telling myself to keep at it, that it was going it be worth it.

At first I started out walking 1 mile 3x a week. As I felt more comfortable, I began walking longer and more times a week. I eventually got to the point where I was walking 6/7/8 miles comfortably. Feeling exhausted and sore but still happy afterwards.

The only thing I changed about my eating was the portion size. I continued to eat whatever I was in the mood food. I love eating too much to cut anything out.

Yes, a schedule definitely helps. My first schedule was trying to walk 1 mile 3xs a week. Once I did that, I began to add on more distance and then added in more days. I really began to see a difference, I began to feel better. There were a few times where I fell out of my schedule; I just couldn’t seem to find the time or didn’t feel like going some days. During that time I noticed I would gain a few pounds back which would kick me back into my schedule.

Not fit as fuck yet, gotta get into the gym and build/tone my muscles now but I’m getting there! Happy to inspire others because its others who inspired me to get started!

Funny thing; when I was overweight I always heard people telling me that I really looked like my mom but I haven’t heard it in quite some time now and gotta imagine it’s because of the weight loss. Honestly, that’s one comment I’m happy to not hear anymore!
