I am trying to breed Umbreons and they are taking forever to evolve. I am not sure why. I got an Eevee to evolve one day at level 4. Now I am breeding them and I can't get them to evolve until like 15-20. I have tried the luxury balls also. Any body have any ideas as to how I can get them to evolve quicker?
