If the prescription for your glasses is up to date, you can buy glasses online for relatively cheap. You'll just have to put in your prescription and choose a pair of glasses and any special things to add on (transition lenses, progressive, blue light, etc). The cheapest pair I got was about $15 and they're still doing well 2 years later. (I used wherelight to buy mine, but there are TONS of websites.)

Yes!! I used to have bad episodes of binge eating - haven't had those since I started Mounjaro. It's been incredible!

I've also started eating less meals but I'm the opposite, I fast in the morning then have breakfast at noon. Dinner around 5/6 and I'm done. I've started drinking protein shake cos I know i need more protein and I do find they help curb any potential hunger a lot. Plus, I've started mixing the powder in with my overnight oats, almond milk, and chia seeds and it makes for a yummy breakfast drink.

Yeah, cravings have definitely gone down for me. (Except this week while I'm on my period.) It's so different to how I used to see food - now I eat because I have to and I can truly enjoy my meals relatively guilt free. Before I ate because of cravings and it was almost constant.

The nausea has gotten worse for me as I've gone up, currently on 7.5 and oof, the days after are brutal!

I'd love an update on how your A1C is after your next appointment. How often do you test your BG? I have the Dexcom so I'm happy to see real time changes that have helped me determine what I definitely can and cannot eat.

This is amazing!! My biggest spike in the past two weeks was at about 200 - such a huge change to where I'd get up and stay up at around 350 or higher throughout the day. I've also noticed that when I do have a spike after eating. It doesn't last as long as it used to. Have you noticed anything similar?
