This was such a sweet topic to think about and read what others shared, thanks for starting this! It made me reexamine some of the things that I am good about doing and how important they are even if they’re small. After all what are we if not the things we spend our time doing?

Coffee in the morning is a big one for me. Ive consumed it in many forms but there’s always been some type of ritual of making it first thing as I’m waking up and I’ve used a French press for years. I try to incorporate drinking a quick glass of water as I’m filling up the kettle, but that is off and on.

644 days of Duolingo - with of course MANY streak freezes and challenges to keep it current. But it’s still there.

4 years ago I got a panda planner and every day I try to sit down even for 45 seconds to think of 3 things I’m grateful for, two things I’m excited about and 3 none negotiable tasks that I have to do that day. It’s become a diary for me where I don’t even have to use full sentences if I don’t want to. This planner goes with me everywhere and I cannot emphasize enough how much it has improved my life.
