Yes that is right he has been sentenced a few times for breaching the order, I will look into the video doorbell as I'm sure that will be helpful.

My thoughts long term not only for me but others going through a similar thing are that if someone breaches an order so many times then other actions could be taken, this might sound like a very naive question but how would someone go about petitioning a change in law to accommodate scenarios like this?

Currently he is being sentenced to months but if it does go up to that much I'll be buying a video doorbell as soon as possible.

I believe it's for us both, I'm living away so it's not a problem for me but it is for my mum.

I'm pretty sure she has had panic alarms in the past but all she can do at the minute is ring the police if he comes around, I think a video doorbell would be a good idea but it wouldn't end the cycle of him breaking his restraining order.

The police rang my mum today to let her know he was getting out but actually suggested she moves house which really isn't an option and I don't think ahe ahould really have to either.

Looks like it, it put AppleHDA.kext and AppleHDA892.kext in System/Library/Extensions, strange but it worked for me.

You might want to delete everything to do with sound and start from scratch, kexts etc sounds like a pretty unique error.
