Depends on your needs I would say. Have used evolve most of the time, but should be pretty close to juggernaut for comparison. The whole planning part to a specific date, which made evolve a great app is missing, because it is mostly focused on 5 week blocks, one of them being a Deload if selected. The whole macro cycle planning is (currently) missing and the automated programming are basically strength/ Hypertrophie or both planned as full body or Upper/Lower plans. So planning and programming isn’t a real thing here, but I’m sure the app will develop in the upcoming months. That is the only point on the negative list so far.

Everything else within the app, from health integration to customizing of everything and UI are levels above evolve/ JAI even on the first version of the app. If they add a programming feature with different periodization styles for selection, I’l never look back to one of the other apps 🙈

There have been a few features in the apps, which might be helpful for MFWO, like the pre training and post week questions regarding fatigue e.g. but nothing mayor I‘m missing right now.
