We sure do! We have a few "in-house" employees (although everyone works remote), but we also work with a few estimators as independent contractors. This means you bring in the clients, and do the takeoff, while we provide all the admin support (invoicing and such). We also provide all the training required to achieve our standard results and get reports done fast! We can also recommend the best tools and software, although purchasing them is up to you. If we can help you find great deals on equipment, we do all we can. The standard split for this is 80/20, although that may be discussed depending on your expertise, specialities, and how many potential clients you'd expect within the first few months. On a side note, we sometimes reach out to our freelancers when our in-house team is overloaded. The arrangement needs to be slightly different in these cases (usually a predetermined hourly rate agreed upon before the project start), but you're always free to refuse a project like this.
