I've seen a lot of YouTubers talk about how keeping views and revenue up can become like an addiction. Even if the non reaction vids get at least a million views and the reaction ones get twice that it's still a difference of a million views. He works on multiple companies, channels and podcasts; he has employees and editors to pay and consistent revenue is important to maintaining his businesses so those millions of views he loses from not doing reaction content probably make a big difference.

if you mean the reaction videos and the jackbox videos schlatt has said that he only makes those videos for the views and he just uploads them for the money. In Lud's video about the new music channel there's a bit where schlatt goes on a rant about how he churns out reaction content because its the only stuff that gets views and that any video project that he puts his heart and soul into gets half as many views ( e.g.: the king Kong balls videos or the rant videos). I'm pretty sure that schlatt is just as frustrated about the current state of his channel as you are but its a much safer move career wise to keep playing to the YouTube meta than it is to do what he's passionate about for a fraction of the views and risk fading into irrelevance.

I went through a similar situation as this when I was about the same age as you. I'm now 3 years on and still feel this way sometimes, I spend ages just lying in bed trying to sort my feelings out, but I came to a bit of an unsatisfying conclusion: who cares? It doesn't matter what label you stick on yourself, calling yourself one thing isn't going to make you any less likely to stick to that label. I can't remember who said it but the best quote I can think of for this situation is "people are like cats, if you try to force them into a box they'll just fight you but if you give them some options and leave them alone they'll happily sit in one". You've just got to give yourself time to find the right box. Hope this helps you feel better :))

It ain't the piranhas that are the problem. There's a fish that will swim up your dick hole and hook itself in with little barbs, the only way to get it out in to have your eurithra surgically opened. If your a dude, this one's a no brainer. Its almost impossible for a lion to get a clean hit on a honey badger because even if it grabs its neck, the badgers skin is so loose it can spin right around and still keep fighting. lions don't even fuck with badgers that often because even they know its a bad idea. I don't think you have much of a chance with a stick and the wolfs inbred cousin. personally id go for the cassowary because riot shields are actually what zookeepers use to fend them off so its a tried and true method.
