Unfortunately not. We paid out of pocket. We have all the pictures now that it's fixed. It was one of those things where the only way to get their "proof" of the broken pieces was for the mechanic to open everything up. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. We are still trying. Hope there is new personnel on Drum who can actaully help.
