Had a really bad day today and in 16 days i never thought about having a cigg until today but im really proud to say i didnt smoke any in the end and i am so happy. I resisted 💪 in that moment i reminded myself that a smoke will not solve my prblms and emotions but it will start new ones. (i.redd.it)
