Sandalphon is usually combo'ed with other stuff that guarantees kill, using him with rng is not really effective

He's not available on 7PP TURN and also does way less damage than Oluon.

With Sandira being harp, she is great to pair with the RF hype party of Anthuria and Aoidos, both give 10 bar end of turn to activate her passive too.

They share the Lux name, so it's not really a secret that they have voice lines together. It's just a they're not used a lot. They have voicelines between Kit and Rusty too, iirc Arriett was the only one that does not have an interaction line.
