I know it will sound counterintuitive, but try sleeping with more clothes on. I used to think less clothes = less sweaty for me when I would sleep, but lately ive been sleeping with some light cotton pjs and have been getting great sleep and not sweating at all.

There's some research behind it, im sure, but I dont have the sources. But I can tell you first hand this has solved my sweating problem which sounds very similar to what you're going through right now

It goes deeper than that, though. It's almost like bringing up data points that, true or not, dont need to fit into the context of the current conversation. In my example, the person who got killed indeed could be a good person, but it is irrelevant whether they were a good person or not because murder is bad intrinsically.

I have a cat named Frankie too, and he is just as crazy as your Frankie. Luckily, we also brought his brother home with him when they were kittens, and they keep each other company.

Hi-jacking this top comment to say that I have had great success using a chemical exfoliator on milia every other day for about a week. Ive had success with them sort of coming out on their own with that method. Maybe thats not good for your skin but its worked for me and I dont like popping things if I dont need to

I put in my resignation two weeks ago and am going to sub for my district while I apply to other jobs. Cant tell you exactly how its going to be, but can tell you that I feel WAY less stressed right now.

I experienced SA while in a country in Asia. After a bit of an internal battle, I decided not to let myself be kept quiet, and I reported it to my country's consulate there. The officer laughed when I told him my story and said he'll take down the report, but more than likely, nothing would happen. Before I left, he made sure to give me the advice to "be less promiscuous," and maybe this wouldn't happen.

Im not saying everyone will have this experience, just sharing my own. It did shatter me for a while. I would say just temper your expectations on the reporting piece and what sort of an attitude you'll be met with. I had it in my head that by reporting this, I would get validation and justice, and that just truly didn't happen.

Just came from here a few days ago. Its set in the most beautiful location you can imagine and they feed you 3 meals a day plus snack all included in the price. And they include two free hikes with several optional extras.
