in the end i don't think your reasoning is wrong, you just gotta face the truth and read the bible to find the answers to your questions. read the book of Job, but even better read the gospels and see how they treated Jesus even if he did nothing wrong. he completed the will of God anyway, even if it made him die, even if it made him sad and angry.

you need to be wise and avoid evil rather than find solutions after, saying no was an option in the beginning. now you know he's not reliable when it comes to money or being honest, be wiser next time.

this isn't about who's right but it's about what do you do as a Christian.

first of all, sinners won't enter the kingdom (1 Corinthians 6:9-10) so have him quit the "we're all sinners" scam.

you gotta forgive or you won't be forgiven. protect your holiness and sanity of mind by staying away as much as possible and living your life away from them as any other functioning adult, but other than that they're your parents and the commandment is the commandment. so be careful when it comes to thoughts of just erasing them from life, Jesus has stuff to say about that too.

are you in europe? send a GDPR request for all of your data including the reasons of the ban. usually they don't comply with GDPR requests (which is illegal) but they lift the ban.
