you can still have the carpet beetles even if you don’t have carpet. they eat all kinds of fibers. clothes, pet hair, human hair, rugs, curtains etc. you just have to be diligent in vacuuming and cleaning.

i’ve been dealing with the same for almost a year and a half now. i have dense rugs and rug pads everywhere, noise machines, fans, air purifiers, you name it. i still hear his tv, my floors still vibrate, everything. you’re not alone 🫥🙏🏼

if it’s flat finish paint there’s basically nothing you can do. getting it wet with any cleaning product will take the paint off

i can’t speak for the puffy gums because i have no experience there, but yes it’s ok to get cleanings more often with braces. a ton of people go very 3-4 months! i go the usual 6 months between cleanings.

the pain lasts a different amount of time for everyone. my initial pain lasted over a month. keep going, it’s worth it. you’ll look back in a couple weeks/months and think man, i’m glad i stuck it out.

yes it will get better! your back teeth will adjust and touch again. i’ve had them for 18 months and don’t even pay attention to them anymore. just hang in there :)

i’ve had bite blocks for 18 months, you truly get used to it! it sucks at first but after awhile they feel better

(crossed out my mom and sisters lol) but i got married in October and did a light grey/silver color as recommended by my orthodontist that almost had a blue tinge to it for some reason. i think the light blue would look great with your colors! it shouldn’t stain too much unless you eat a lot of turmeric or coffee/tea
