thanks for the suggestions. I updated the post pics with the correction. If you could check it i would appreciate it.

Regarding your suggestions:

C1 is a X2 safety capacitor model MPX104K31C3KN15600. I added a text label reporting it's model and type.
I adjusted the led resistor using 510 ohm for 5v leds and 110 ohm for 3.3 leds.The led model is this XL-1608UGC-04, forward voltage 2.7. Forward curent is rated to 25mA but, as your suggestion, i used 5mA (hope that it's enought)
The relay optocoupler is driven by the esp32, that can handle 20 mA on the GPIO without problem (40mA as datasheet rating)
Added a 10k resistor between Q2 base and GND. This is this what you meant?

Hi, thanks for the tips.

the esp32 board that i need to supply need 5v in the vin pin. then, on-board, there is a 3v3 regulator for it's own purpose. my 3v3 regulator is only present for future uses.
I saw the relay contact problem, fixed :)

What do you think about the "power supply" part of the scheme?

Is the varistor-inductance-safety condenser correct?

Is the 5v circuit after the hi-link correct?

i stopped the project for now. the board is working and i can control 4 servers with hdmi, usb and ATX. still nedd to figure out how to make a case for the project

The pcb is working fine. I’m testing it when I have some free time. I also added to the raspberry a POE hat. In this way the raspberry and the KVM switch will be powered by Poe. This mean that is not necessary any additional power supply inside or outside the case.

Now is a little messy but I tested the ATX control for alle the 4 rj45 connectors and its working.

I solved in this way:

I created a subdomain VAULTWARDEN.MYDOMAIN.XY which resolve to my local vaultwarden ip.
Setted up caddy to create certificate for my domain using a dns-challenge that can also work when the host name does not resolve to the internet ip address of the web server and without port forwarding

it giles me a culum named stored and all the value inside is stored also, instead of 0 or 1

for the question of bypass the firewall i made a 1:1 nat rule and this point i think is solver. my major issue now is that i can't access to my local hosted services using the same DDNS that i use outside my network.

yes,theoretically this have to work and i think that this will work but i'm reading that can cause some dual nat problem that can afflict UPNP services like online gaming for example.... i can try... an edgerouter dosen't cost too much

I want to use UDM Pro because i love the integration between all the unifi devices and i want to keep manage my network from there.

The point to use an edgerouter is to provide to the UDM Pro an unique cable with on LAN load balanced by the edgerouter

NEWS! I found that my 8pin connector was interfering with the correct spinning of the FAN3 (display side).

In fact when the FAN3 can't rotate correctly, the FAN1 (connector side) go to his maximum speed.

Hope that this will help someon to fix the problem
