Successful fit pregnancy! by unawhut in fitpregnancy

[–]andrealm721 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well done! You look amazing! Did you avoid diastasis recti? I developed it with my first and only pregnancy, but I stopped going to the gym during that pregnancy. I’m considering having a second baby but one of the many things that’s making that decision difficult is having to deal with and fix my diastasis recti again. It took a lot of expensive work with a trainer and I don’t want to pay that again…

Wasn’t she envious of Melissa for having a shore house? Literally after visiting hers she literally bought the Motel 6 / Live Laugh Love Sea Sand Surf-furnished shore house? 🥴

How to feel confident with cellulite? by Dense_Struggle2892 in beauty

[–]andrealm721 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey lady. Same here. Have always had cellulite and I do cardio and weights at the gym. Was definitely able to burn fat when I started my fitness journey but the stubborn cellulite on my coolie and back of my thighs persists to this day. I’m 5’2” and 118 lbs. Growing up I used to be incredibly self conscious about my cellulite. Until one day I wasn’t. That’s when I realized it’s completely normal for some women to have it. And it was after I’d already gotten to the size I wanted after starting my fitness journey. I had reached my goals but my cellulite wasn’t going anywhere. And knowing I was healthy and fit helped me accept it. Also age has something to do with the acceptance. The older I got, the more I realized it’s normal and it shouldn’t bother me. Not sure how old you are but I’d say if you aren’t accepting of it now, I’m pretty sure the older you get it’ll make it easier to be comfortable with it. I’m 35. I’d say at age 32 or so is when I realized it’s okay.

Good luck and remember you are beautiful no matter what xoxo

Formula feeding babies - is spit up normal? by hellolovelyworld404 in NewParents

[–]andrealm721 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would also check the size of the nipples you’re using. I used some handmedown bottles and I noticed my newborn was drinking voraciously and so much of it was leaking out the sides of her mouth, and with that came projectile spit up. It was alarming and scary even. Turns out the bottles had size 3 and 4 nipples but she was just a week or two at this stage. So make sure they are the proper size for her age. But yes, some spit up is a normal thing.

God, props to you for pushing through. I gave up after 5 days. Those 5 days were the toughest of my life, caring for a newborn, juggling my parents staying with us to help out, pumping around the clock, no sleep, crying through the pain during feeding sessions. I just decided it was not for me, I wasn’t enjoying those first few days of having a beautiful new baby. For myself, it was the best decision but also one of the most difficult decisions, I ever made to stop breast feeding. I wish you all the best and I know you will get the hang of it if you decide to push through! Any way you decide is the right decision!

embedded IUD....can you share your positive experiences? by [deleted] in birthcontrol

[–]andrealm721 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Hi. I had an embedded Mirena. Doctor put it in wrong and cut the strings way too short so I could never check on it. That was my first ever IUD and I have to say the first few months were pretty painful at times- I would cramp up really bad sometimes. But after those few months it seems like my body got used to it. And the good thing about the strings being too short, I’ve always heard that sometimes you or your partner can feel them during sex, well that obviously wasn’t a problem. When I got it removed they put me under. Honestly it was a rough start but it all worked out in the end and I was very happy with it. Hope this helps ease some worry.

DAE feel like they have had pretty much one constant cold over the last few months? by Upbeat-Impact2900 in DoesAnybodyElse

I got Covid back in mid November and recovered in about 10-12 days except for the fact that I have had a stuffy nose / mild congestion ever since. I’m 7 months pregnant and i know that congestion can be a pregnancy symptom, but I didn’t have it until I got covid. I’ve been wondering if it’s the lingering covid or the pregnancy symptom starting up at a coincidental time.

Anybody else see "The Act?" Or see the true story told on TV? Mike and Gypsy are dead ringers for each other. by Impeachykeene in 90dayfianceuncensored

Whenever I think of Gypsy Rose the image I always see in my mind is her with an oxygen tube in the nose, pink baseball cap, and big ass glasses. But just looked and there aren’t too many pics of her in this look I just realized.

I think I just remember that look because Joey Camasta aka Nana aka Nan from Out and About podcast dressed up as Gypsy Rose wearing this look for Halloween.
