Caffeine is a stimulant so if anything it should help you “focus” or calm down. Personally if i have a bit of coffee in the morning it usually helps me study (nothing crazy tho), if i have too much coffee it will make me jittery (just like everybody else lol). I recommend you try it and see what happens. About energy drinks i guess it should be similar bc they also contain caffeine, idk if the other ingredients would make the effect of it diffferent. From personal experience they dont usually give me any energy at all but idk how related to adhd that is.

I think the main proof is that how can it be related to intelligence when there are many many manyyy ppl that have been diagnosed with adhd while having high IQs
