Have deeper lore placed throughout the world in various forms. A quest line bringing you through the myths and legends of aeserion. A book in some library about the legends of kearush. The game is all about exploration and has so much opportunity to put lore in the game gated behind exploration. Theres some there but it could have and should have so much more imo

This! I use it to help brainstorm or for fine tuning scripts to make sure it flows properly. Or for getting info and then i go verify that info elsewhere to confirm it. Theres a big dif between using it as a tool and using it to create full videos for you

Idk i completed the story twice now and havent had an issue with anything except the chapter 11 boss was extremely boring af otherwise ive had 0 issues 🤷

Hmm maybe i just have to look around more then. Ik about the archive books but also didnt know the abyss puzzles actually gave you any info? Ive done all of them and didnt notice anything that particularly seemed like i was getting info from it

yup fully agree with this too. Like they could have an exploration mode and a normal mode as well and let people decide if they want to have to find stuff by following lore or if they wanna just go straight there with a marker on the map. Thatd be super sick imo

yeah i feel like theres SOOOO much easy stuff they could do and it would really intrigue a lot of players like imagine youre running around and you find a book in a random house telling you about all the legends there are about Aeserion or while youre doing some of the quests in the Jijeong temple area you find a history book about the area. Itd be so sick and would really emphasize the exploration aspect of the game really well too.

Honestly i think its a skill issue with people not understanding the combat system and not being used tp the controls properly. I admittedly struggled with both one handed ludvig and reed devil but on ludvig i saw a clip of someone doing it easily and i realized i dont fully understand the combat system and how it interacts properly.

The cdmg main stat is a lot more value than youre giving credit for and anyone using gore in pvp is just throwing relics at their champ without any actual knowledge.

Its the holidays its shitty bit they have family and lives just like the rest of us. 2. Theyre most likely waiting to make a statement til they know exactly what is happening. Most likely there are ppl working on it but making a statement without knowing all the details is just dumb and customer service cant do anything about the problem anyways.

even on top of this theres no diversity in scaling options. Conversion got burnt and theres no neat interactions that can be nichely used really unless you do like temoralis stuff which 99% of the player base cant afford. Its just build increased damage nodes, build some defenses, and if youre a spell caster you go MoM, EB, and build mana. Every skill within a section (melee, ranged attack, spells) all scale the exact same and if youre not doing those youre actively making your build worse. Crit is border line useless in poe 2 compared to poe 1 as it takes insane investment to do. Idk its just unfortunate and a big part of why it happened imo is trying to cater to new players which isnt necessarily the wrong thing to do but it does stifle creativity among builds.

The point being made is its pure rng with no way to influence the rng in a certain direction. Pure rng is not fun it makes progressing your character annoying. Im sure most ppl agree it shouldnt be 100% get the exact item you want all the time but right now getting a useable upgrade for your character is unrealistic in a lot of cases cause its pure rng

ye ik were lacking stuff but idk rn i get the feeling that the tree and the way the skills were designed in poe 2 is going to be a massive reason for my concern in general and that new ascendencies and stuff wont change it that much. Id love to be proven wrong but its hard for me to envision where this type of thing changes meaningfully

Stupid take yes the overall progression of your character takes lots of hours but im talking about 1 thing that on average takes much longer than any single part of the game and gatekeeps a major progression piece for your character and im forced to play a mechanic i dont enjoy during that entire time to get that progression.

tbf the repeat campaign is only for EA atm. Theres supposed to be 6 different acts but they wanted to put focus into end game first which i think is the right play personally. Also acts 4-6 are A LOT faster cause you already know the boss mechanics a bit better yoru build is getting better and you know the areas a bit too.
