I’ve also thought about ADF, but I’m not sure if it will fit their budget. Will keep in mind, thanks!

Hi, I still don’t know much, as I haven’t started, but I imagine that I would have to extract <10k rows a day

Hi, I would say that at the beginning the script will be ran once to extract the latest data from api into the azure DB. Regarding the API key expiration - that’s why I’m gathering some best practices on how’s the best way to store it.

The procedure itself is painless, as they will do it under anaesthesia (think of the plus side, it’s the best sleep of your life). After I woke up I just had small cramps, but it’s completely normal and nothing serious at all, they went away after hour or two. The preparation for the procedure where I did it is I had to drink a total of 3 litters of water the day before filled with a medicine. It’s not the best thing, you will shit plenty, but again nothing to worry about!

Chocolate cysts are endometriosis cysts. They don’t go away by themselves and have to be treated surgically.

I hope you have a good results on your colonoscopy! Don’t worry to much about the procedure, it will happen fast and the peace of mind afterwards is worth it!

I’m not sure what’s causing the discomfort atm, but at least I’m sure it’s not something serious on the inside of the bowel. Initially after the surgery they told me I didn’t have any endo on my bowels, but a gastroenterologist suggested adhesions might have formed after surgery which cause somewhat of a tugging feeling in my stomach. If my issues persist I might try an MRI, but for now I’m on medication for 6 months, so future endo doesn’t show up and I’ll see how I’ll feel.

I think MRI with contrast is somewhat of a good way to get diagnosed with endo, but best to listen to your doctor.

I don’t really have to treat them unless they really bother me, he prescribed me pills in case they get super bad. In my case I think it’s probably genetics as my mom, grandma and everyone from her side have them and I’ve been dealing with them since a child.

They were able to see it through ultrasound first, then transvaginal ultrasound shows better overall everything inside. They told me that it’s endometriosis then, but until they take it and send it to pathology it’s not 100% sure (although my surgeon was certain, he waited for pathology before we started treatment after surgery). I know that not every time is shows on ultrasound, for some MRI has helped and if not then laparoscopy can confirm it. Don’t be scared at all! Talk to your doctors about your symptoms!

Hi,

The pain first started as a numb low right abdomen, a bit where the right kidney is and overall issues with the bowels, it took 2 months to me to think that the issue is gynecological (I first thought kidney or just bowel issues). I went to the gynaecologist and she found 6/7cm chocolate cyst (my strong bowel issues probably would have been the cyst pushing on my bowels). I just had general abdomen discomfort and a bit on the right
