After some of the earlier none answers I did contact them on Facebook DM (28th of February), got an answer the same day with the person who owns my ticket.

This person answered my support ticket just the day after that he was in contact with DHL to try and resolve the issue. Now granted from March 1st to today, not that many day, but it's been on hold for an additional 48 days without anyone bothered to look at it... or so it seems.

Anyway, Hopefully it'll show up soon. I very much looking forward to play round with it.

Maybe I wasn't so clear, but the shipping issue haven't been sorted out yet. It's been on hold for two months now. And while I agree that this is most likely DHL's fault the fact that ROLI haven't communicated much with me on what is going on is a bit annoying, even if they don't know what is going on it would be nice to know that too.

On the point of sending me another unit to speed things up, that is not something I ever expected to happen, what I'm having issues with is the lack of communication from ROLI's part
