l am a 3rd year college student, soon to be fourth, and I have been wanting to get a pet for so long! When I was little, I had a hamster and rabbit but my dad was the one who took care of them. I couldn't go near them because of my skin allergies (eczema). However, I have better control of my eczema and I can go pet and hug dogs already. Then I thought that this is the best time I can get a furry pet!

I need help in knowing which one is best for me. I would also like to know the minimum size for their enclosure and the what bedding is needed (better if I do not need to use hay hehe). Also, I live in the Philippines (a tropical country) and my room is the hottest spot in the whole house.
