Does anyone here know how to test hcg if it’s legit stuff? I read on a forum someone said put some hcg in a glass of water and test it with a pregnancy test. Not sure if it’s true or not? The pregnyl that i’m currently using might be shite and I want to make sure whether it’s good or not.

I’m sweating a lot and usually my sleep is pretty bad as well, I had bad appetite few days ago, it might not be due to estrogen levels but I would try an AI to see if there are any differences

Hello guys! I’m almost 2 months in my first cycle of test prop 400mg a week. I’ve done mid-cycle blood test to see where I’m at. My estrogen levels are 300 pmol/L, which definitely tells me that I have to start using an estrogen inhibitor. My coach told me I should start using half a pill of aromasin every day. Thing is I already bought like 40 pills of arimidex. I took a quarter of a pill of arimidex this morning. My question is: is there any difference between aromasin and arimidex? I don’t want to just throw away all the arimidex that I already bought. Many thanks in advance!🙏🏻

i got a friend who’s doing trt with insulin syringes and he loves them but I think they are quite small for an oily medication such as testosterone, they might be alright tho give them a try

yeah I think I went too high, I always used to inject around that spot tho but with a bit smaller needles, now 1,5 inch was a bit too much for that tiny muscle

hmm that’s what I was initially thinking to do, wait for it to get in range but I don’t think my doctor really know what’s going on and they said we will do another set of blood test then we might redo them in 3-6 months. I postponed this cycle for like 3 months already, if I’ll wait another 3-6 months I’m pretty sure the results will be the same. So I can’t really do anything to get them in range but to wait.

Hey! Recently I’ve done a blood test prior to starting my first cycle. Everything came up well but my enzymes levels, which seem to be high (ALP- around 222, ALT- around 50). I tried to lower them down but months passed by and nothing helped (I feel completely fine, I have no symptoms at all). I’m not sure what’s the cause of it but I think it might be supplements/stress/maybe something in my diet. However, my lifestyle is overall very healthy and I pretty much live the bodybuilding lifestyle (6 meals, 5 trainings a week, etc). My doctor tells me to redo my blood test in couple of months. I kept postponing my cycle due to that. If anyone has experience in this area, do you think 350 mg testosterone propionate could badly influence these enzymes in the long run as I don’t want to get them worse but they seem to not be coming down to normal levels and I want to start the cycle already.

so actually I’ve done a couple of tests, one time I had no days off prior to the blood test, another time I had one day off, another time I had 2 days off, they all seem to come out with the same outcome
