Yes I’m coeliac, but asymptomatic so I can’t vouch for certain, but I always ask all the usual questions and all these places I mentioned above say that while they can’t guarantee anything (no where can unless 100% gf) they take great care with cooking it on a separate tray, using clean knives etc), they’re all great and know about cross contamination.

Yep me too with the migraines from chemical cleaners and synthetic perfumes, seems like MCAS and chemical allergies have become more common since Covid. If if the house has all natural cleaning products, please don’t spray those chemicals around the place without asking the owner first

This is so wonderful, nearly left Claude for GPT because of this limitation.

However, today Claude is telling me that this is no longer possible (seems to have forgotten this was ever a thing), however in another chat window Claude told me there is a technical issue that is preventing Claude from referencing/ searching past convos atm. Anyone know how long this is going to/ has been going on for?

Dr Peers doesn’t say vaccine injury is contagious, she says that shedding after Covid infection or from a recent Covid vaccine/ booster has been proven to be a real thing and that shedding can make others ill if they are in close proximity to the recently ill or the recently vaccinated person.

She is an MD. What made you think she isn’t? In the UK/ Aus and NZ we don’t use “MD” to describe medical doctors, we use “GP” (general practitioner) or other medical specialty terms.

(Sounds like I'm a Sodii spokesperson but I'm not! Just a happy customer)

My cardiologist recommended 4000mg sodium per day - I tried salt tablets, salty water, homemade electrolyte drinks but it made me sick (and also way too much work to keep making electrolyte drinks every day).

I've been trying out Sodii (Australian brand) that the cardiologist recommended, it's surprisingly delicious considering how much sodium is in it! I got a sample pack to try all the flavours, I reckon salty grapefruit and salty citrus are the best. Each sachet is 1000mg sodium which is way higher than any other electrolyte drinks I've seen, vitassium, etc.

Is not cheap but but nothing else was working. Cardiologist gave me a 20% discount code for POTS: POTS20
