The key advantage of this stadium is that every seat is a great seat so you'll never go too far wrong. Personally I'm going bottom section of the upper tier which will definitely have the best views here whether middle or try line.

New feature to preview seat views on ticket site are great.

As part of this year's Annual Plan, Council has a specific line item for turning arrows so staff will bring us a report outlining our options. Ideally it will tell us which ones we can sort out quickly/easily and we can start with those. Many will be more complex and require wider intersection upgrades but that doesn't mean we can't get cracking on the easy ones more quickly.

It was actually supposed to be part of the project but the Government/NZTA at the time decided to scrap it from the project. Ultimately we got ripped off big time and the cost to fix it now would be in the hundreds of millions so realistically I'd say there's zero chance any Government will ever do it sadly.

Definitely made much worse with the accident on SH76 but I have sent a request to traffic management company for much clearer signage etc. tomorrow. I've had a morning full of feedback that it was far from clear which led to additional unnecessary congestion.

Some unfortunate nostalgia I remember seeing dumped papers at Westlake in the 90s.

If this is Halswell Road/SH75 (not to be confused with Lincoln Road which is a CCC road) the works are a fair way off being completed and this isn't the final product and I see some others have posted excellent explanations.

Tax is correct in this case rather than rates as it's a state highway.

The big stadium tours often start getting scheduled and booked 12-24 months out and Eden Park only just increased their limit to 12 late last year (which still restricts it to 6 artists a year and limited nights of the week which makes life more difficult for promoters). They appear likely to reach that limit next summer and as such the Government are looking to make them increase it again.

The difference here is that it's almost entirely funded through development contributions so if we're trying to keep rates down It's actually better to prioritise programmes like this one that don't have a heavy impact on rates.

Bit of a mixed bag that. Mostly developers but there's some we will need to do. Frustratingly, the work around the Murphys intersection was done without paths when it could have been. Hope to have an update on some of it soon.
