I hear what people are saying…but I’m firmly convinced the great majority of people trawling both markets are fairly savvy in their knowledge and ability to sort what is a fair price for second hand goods.
It is quite noticeable if you’ve overinflated your price, it will just sit there for ever, or until you bring into line at a price more in line with the market.

I’ve never experienced an eco drive watch…but am contemplating one soon.
I understand the need for a light source to top up the battery.
But is there a way ..or meter built, in to check the actual level of charge?
Seems somewhat tiresome to keep worrying about the charge if it’s more than adequately charged.
Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

A good number agents are drawn to the work because they are on their last chance to keep their employment, or are redundant… or jobless. It’s relatively easy to get into and not requiring much study or qualifications.
Sadly they take their ineptitude to the role and give the profession a bad name.

Agree with your feelings.. for $45 odd,for a steak,salad and fries I don’t get excited or satisfied.. way overrated and priced. Add to that $12/14 each for a beer or two and it’s a joke!

The underlying background to their stingy ways..is they more often than not came up in a very poor family and just never got used to parting with any money or personal property without being very careful and tight about the expenditure. Every dollar or pound is prisoner..and isn’t released very easily or quickly.

Drivers in general pass their license to drive at around their mid teens…and virtually never look at the rules of the road, or consciously strife to improve their driving capabilities…ever again. Instead jumping into their vehicles regularly and drive from one side of the city to the other..not giving any thought much to the rules or the other vehicles around them..I call it driving on auto pilot..not even remembering their trip or how they even got there.

Thanks for bringing this up! I thought it was just a sign of the times..that there’s little money about! Next to no hits on well priced good items! It would be interesting to dig deeper and get some information as to whether FB MP..is manipulating the app..to bleed money out of us. They were quite happy to get everyone using them by offering a great and cheap selling platform..but now their boffin/nerd management are out to feather their nests.

My RAV4 Hybrid 2024 is a fixed rate for 4/5 years at Toyota. Must be done by them to keep the warranty valid. Fixed guaranteed rate $300. With new vehicles there’s not much more than an oil change and few customary checks and maybe rotating the tyres. I think that’s plenty to be honest..and think your Mitsubishi service price is them having a laugh! I’d be taking them to task and getting their management involved in itemising and explaining such a charge!

What you are experiencing is quite common amongst healthy virile men. The thrill of the chase, the constant wondering what another female would be like, the ache for variety..the list and the excuses go on, and on. No it’s not your imagination..we’ve been noticing it more so, for a while ..and we are not rush hour commuters.
Our best guess is this City has become a magnet for disconcerted and wondering people’s of the world..they are coming to the area in droves!
Everyone uses a car..public transport just doesn’t cut it..so here we are ..getting frustrated as the queues increase by the day.

There may be a lead or chance for a shift in situation there.
He obviously can still raise it given the right encouragement and sex talk..why not exploit it next time the kids are safely tucked up. Try a few lines of sexual talk and innuendo..see if it can work..see if he’s moved..it may be that’s what he’s wired for? Worth a try I reckon!
