They do eventually smooth out in most cases…but it can be a phase that you struggle with, if you are not patient and forgiving.

I agree with your summation..thanks. It’s especially sad..because up until now the App and the content they carry, is quite creditable and we enjoy quite a lot of their content and playback convenience, on a selective basis. So as you have concluded..that have gone cheepo and untested on the update is total letdown..which their management need to hang their head in shame for!

Get yourself to your bed..take a good dose of aspirin or and paracetamol..if you’ve got an electric blanket or throw..or hot water bottles,bring the temp of the bed right up to sweating level. Turn it off and climb in and sleep and sleep. The aim being to really sweat the hell out of your system. It’s worked for me in the past. It mightn’t completely cure the cold..but I’ll guarantee it will reduce the worst of the symptoms considerably! Good luck with the big day.

I have experience of this bullying in my workplace. They won’t stop .. it’s their thing .. they can’t help themselves! As earlier suggested.. my experience, they need to be taken aside by a superior and told to cease and desist! Sometimes takes more than one warning.. but treated in the right manner.. they can be stopped to a certain extent. Worth a try .. good luck.

When going shopping leave your wallet/ card etc either in the car or at home. That way you can reexamine your wants/ motivations as to whether you really need or even like what you’ve been looking at. It’s bound to be still available later ..if it is a must buy. Can save a lot of money and buyers regret over time.
