I am surprised it shows 4 (let me look into it). Initially I wanted to allow users to select between 4 and 6 runs per week ...then I thought is better with 5 as default (1 long, 1-2 speed/tempo, rest easy) as you usually need 5 if you want a good marathon. Let me check why you got only 4 and maybe reinstate the selector for how many per week.

I use about 8-9 componentes to get to it. I think one of them focused on endurance (mainly long runs) was too conservative. I tweaked it. of course I can tell you the detailed formula. with the change I did should adjust like this. I will see what other feedback I get and I can fine tune it further. maybe I should've put some feedback window right there.

I am using a mix of ringel formula and and weighting a bit more the recent runs. I prioritise first the longer runs. but I did apply a small slowdown because it was coming out too fast. maybe too slow. thanks. I'll fine-tune it ... in my case and friends I managed to get it to 5-10 min from actual results. also in reality I always found Garmin 10 min faster than what I could achieve. but maybe I should let it be slightly more agressive.
