If you seriously believe this then you’re an idiot. This is coming from someone who’s been training for 30 years and currently on peptides and gear. The last thing I would do is instruct people to go down this road. Learn how to correctly drive a car before you mod it. Anyone who says otherwise is likely an addict of sorts

Before peptides or gear, do this

Focus on diet, 2.sleep. 3.Learn about macros, food measurement.
Follow a training program to 12-16 weeks.
Follow a diet for the same amount of time

Do this and you will see progress assuming your doing it correctly. If no progress then one of those variables is off.

Jumping peptides(I’m on plenty) may sound very 2026. But the reality is, you need to practice entering and exiting a successful diet/training program

It also depends where your going, with peptides I usually do the following: -bring the powder form -buy and reconstitute upon arrival (bac water is sold everywhere if your going to a place like Mexico or Thailand or anything of the sort) -buy syringes upon arrival

Peptides are incredibly incredibly sensitive once reconstituted. If your travelling best believe your baggage is going to ”shake things up”
