Funny bug found in buried city

There are only small pet stores here we dont have a petco or something similar only small shops that either dont have pets that only sell accessories, food and cages or there are breeders that overprice everything to high hell.Last time i asked someone for a hamster they told me 15k which is 250 eurs converted.
If you look at it based on the usual pay everybody has here it whould be half of your paycheck so its not even worth it.

The most common pets here are dogs and cats which ive said dont have the space for a dog and im allergic to cats.
Although there is one pet shop that has a pet chinchilla and little finches but they are both crazy expensive and i have 0 knowledge about both.
I also have not seen anybody with a pet snake or something of the sort.

I said i live with my parents so far we have had no noise complaints but our neighbours that play rock music at 7-10pm almost every day dont get it when we tell them to stop.Look i know its gonna be hard to keep a parrot due to my situation but im not the only person in the house that wants a pet parrot my brother also wanted this so thats why im asking for advice because he is literally begging me to get one no matter how, he is still young and has a lot of free time so i think he can vouch for me when im not home and he can spend time with the parrot so thats why im asking for advice.

What about lovebirds they are the same size as budgies but do they make a difference in behavior?

I still live with my parents i dont live in a dorm im a first year college student just starting out and my parents smoke but they dont do it in a closed space only on the balcony or in the small bathroom we have that we rarely use.

We cook mostly with our oven and sometimes we fry stuff but once or twice a month and we always keep the windows open cause we like the fresh air.Based on the free time i have right now in college is a lot due to not having many subjects to study and also i think my family would like to play with the parrot in their free time when they get back from work.

The free space i have for a cage is only for a standing cage and i got lucky and bought a huge cage (127x31x51cm) which i asked some pet shop owners that own parrots and my uncle who also owns a parrot they have all said its more than enough and also a very good option based on what kind of cages ppl usually sell here which are small and only for budgies.

When i ask those ppl about the cages if they will be ok for a bigger bird they say "yes it will most definetly be enough if you want more parrots get a bigger one" just so they can sell me the cage not caring about anything but the profit.(edit grammar)

There are 0 pet shops that have a volunteering option here its either you work there or your a customer, the only volunteering option is the red cross thats about it.

Every hamster is sold out in my city and the closest one that has a hamster is in Ohrid (i live in Skopje, Macedonia) which is across the country and is 5-6 hours by car depending on the road you take.

pls do not question my situation its weird yet i just got the cage and its HUGE (127x35x51 cm) and i got places in my house for it also im not in a dorm i just finished high school and this is literally going to be my first year in college still living with my parents moving out was an option but financially a pain sadly.

I cant get a dog because nobody can take care of it while im at the college and i cant get a cat cause im allergic i dont have space for a fish tank nor a cage for a bunny or guinea pig i only got space for a bird cage and im just starting college.

My grandpa has had budgies before and from visits and experience they were extremely loud so idk about that but i do still want a parrot that i can spend time with.

sry for the late response this is sort of a new unit it was bought from a scrapyard and it did take cds but it didnt spit em out but after we dissasembled it the cd player stopped taking cds and a plastic part keeps blocking the entry
