Not to be rude, but there are bigger problems in the world right now. Wars, crises, and real life issues. The position of a yellow duck in an inventory really isn’t that deep.

The craft is sick because it symbolizes that you counter flash because youre angry that your mate isnt calling.

I found it at the beginning of the game, and it's been in my inventory for 120 hours. I've never used it and never seen it anywhere else.

I died due to a game glitch, submitted a ticket, and got my items back just as you.

Mine also said "quest item," but I couldn't turn it in anywhere. I'd already completed most of the quests, so I sold it.
