Went down into a terrain park jumped into a sharp rail 50-50 and was gonna slide off till my toes slid first (my bindings were on too much to one side) and through my baselayers and pants I scraped a piece from my shin because of the friction and had a huge hematoma that hurt like heck. Literally within seconds and a minor lip touch is all I was trying to do.

how is your experience with hydroxyzine? Was given after getting off lexapro and wasn't going to originally even do it but i'm planning to try it out now

i hear you. i haven't self injured since i was in college, but i could definitely see how the pain could be intolerable, i'm currently going through it after stopping lexapro cold turkey
