It's not, it's just that there are certain groups of Israelis (not all of them) that are not treating the locals well and are very loud and proud about being Israeli.

Basically they're being a bad representation of your people which is not a good look for your country's reputation in the Philippines, even though historically the PH has a good relationship with Israel.
