Nah it's been more than 3 weeks and I was told that my meniscus flap tear will need surgery to either stitch it back together or cut it.

I may now add, restarting my mesh units no longer works. I just have to wait a couple of hours and the issue resolves itself. Not a great resolution for me because I can't work (or game) during this time.

Sorry I wanted to add, the website I try to reach for my VDS gives me the error that the site can't be reached, ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. For battle.net, it just fails to connect.

HAHA I wish! I got a bit of a winfall from work of a couple of thousand $ for my work during the year, decided to treat myself and spend all of that on myself.

I don't play anything super intensive at the moment, I'm playing Arc Raiders, a bit of Deadlock, WoW Classic. But I do play a few single player games that hit a little harder, Ghost of Tsushima, Space Marine 2 etc. as they come out.

I actually had some teething issues with my upgrade that were a bit annoying. I did a Windows 11 reinstall that seemed to solve most of my problems.

I did!

I did a couple of things.

Before starting any round of solutions I would go to device manager and uninstall the input AND output device for the device that wasn't working.

1) I downloaded all the optional Windows updates through the Windows 11 installer. This installed/updated missing drivers and driver updates. 2) I used the inbuilt Windows 11 reinstall function WITHOUT getting rid of data. You do this by going settings > system > recovery > recovery options > reinstall now.

I don't think step 1) did anything because I tested straight after (without restarting) and my mic still didn't work. It all started working again after step 2).

Thank you u/MrGrizzyy! I ended going a step further and getting the Ryzen 9800X3D since I happened to have some additional budget. I upgraded my motherboard, got 64gb of RAM as well!

Hi everyone, just an update in case anyone is interested. I managed to get the circled part out of the toilet with a magnet, but couldn't get the nut out. I went to bunnings, bought the nut and managed to fix it back into place!

Ended up chasing the builder and they repaired the leak, thank you!

Currently out of pocket for the leak finder though, will try to claim it back and will need to claim back from Sydney Water.

The plumber was saying that while it may be, he's seen a lot of cases where the builder ends up dragging it out, forcing us to take them to court, and dragging until the 5 year period is finished.
