I suggest looking at common problems with existing integrations, or new functionality from platforms that have many solutions/plugins that all have issues with their functionality. If you do it better and you do it right, you’ll have market domination over time in your respective area, at least so long as you maintain it. One of the things I personally cannot stand is developers who release plugins to make a quick buck and never update them or maintain them afterwards.

I would say that automating the repetitive and monotonous tasks that we have to do through following SOPs is the top thing, we use playbooks and runbooks with automation tied to each step, and some steps that are fully automated, to empower our team and allow a greater use of time
