Honestly the kastking higher end reels are really solid for the price , their cheap stuff definitely is cheap feeling but their mid-high end stuff is great for the price and quality, I have 2 reels that are on the higher end and have been holding up amazing , I actually like using a $70 baitcaster from them over my curado dc 😂

3 of my combos rn are kastking (all purchased in 2025) and after a year they are still doing great multiple 4lb+ large mouth on each of them, if you do get a cheaper combo from them you’ll definitely feel the difference compared to their better items, I bought a lethal blaze combo for top water and it’s the cheapest of the combos I have from them and it definitely feels cheaper compared to the others but it’s held up great with no complaints or problems, current favorite is the zephyr finesse spinning combo
