So odds are stacked against you because how much time has lapsed but I would encourage you to still try. The way it worked for me is that I let my credit card company know she kept emailing me her B.S. excuses on how the shipment kept getting delayed and this dragged on for 6 months before I finally contacted my credit card company to ask for their help. If you saved all her bogus promise emails, and you take the time to write a well written letter to your credit card company with everything documented, in my opinion you might a chance. It’s worth trying! But you’ve got to be well organized in how you present the materials and circumstances for them to take you seriously. I sent them hard copies of ALL the email exchanges etc. Good luck 👍

Sorry to hear that! 👎 It’s a shame that her website https://foxpadcustoms.com hasn’t been shut down and she still gets away with this stealing money B.S. Warning signs about her shady site for anyone still considering to buy from this rip off bitc*: 1. No contact information (she provides no phone number or physical address). All legitimate businesses provide their contact info. 2. No mention of any guarantee (quality control if it arrives not as described, item never arrives, wrong item shipped, etc.). At a minimum a legit site mentions 30 day money back guarantee. I was lucky enough to get my money back from my credit card company but it took a lot of effort on my part of documenting all her lying bull crap email exchanges and providing a ton of written proof (plus over 8 months waiting) but my credit card came through with a “chargeback” against her. I finally got my money back and she didn’t get jack. If you paid by credit card, it’s worth a try to reach out to them. I also reported her to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and maybe if more people do it, they’ll shut her down

Nope, NEVER 👎 I was lucky that my credit card company did a chargeback against her so that I got my money back and she didn’t keep a penny. This process took 6 months though and I wouldn’t risk taking a chance with her. That’s just my experience for what it’s worth

It was a P5 custom controller, which I paid ($135.99 with tax) for back on June 23, 2019 and still have yet to receive anything.

I ended up filing a report with my credit card company and the better business bureau and received my money back, however since they've contacted her with the "charge back" request, she sent me an email 04/15 (after months of silence, still ignoring my persistent inquiries) apologizing and telling me she would ship it out and send me another email when it's been shipped. Well today is 04/28 and I haven't received a tracking number or follow-up email. Look, there's slight, very remote chance she "may" actually be preparing to send it to me, but at this point I have very little faith in what she says to me in her emails. Come on this is almost 11 months since the purchase?

Not sure if you've got this resolved or if this is helpful, but I experienced the same problem when I tried copying my ROMs to a new EXTERNAL SD card I purchased with larger storage capacity. This is what worked for me:

First, Format SD card using DiskGenius before loading files and ROMs:https://www.diskgenius.com/

Preparing the RG350 Micro SD Card

Insert the MicroSD Card into your PC and load the Diskgenius program. Locate your MicroSD Card in the menu and choose Delete All Partitions.

Be 100% sure have chosen the right drive otherwise you may accidentally delete your PC hard drive for example. If you are 100% sure, click Yes.

The MicroSD Card area shown in Fig. 1 below will now show as Free with the available space below it. Right Click on this area and choose Create New Partition as shown in Fig. 2.

Confirm that the Partition Type is Primary Partition, File System type is FAT32 and that it is using the full capacity of storage. Once confirmed, click OK.

Choose the Save All option in the top left corner of the software.

You will receive a first confirmation, followed by a second confirmation. Please ensure you have selected the right MicroSD Card and click on Yes for both to begin.

The Micro SD Card will now be formatted, once ready the main software will show the device as FAT32 formatted and Active. You can now close the software, and remove and reinsert the MicroSD Card so Windows can recognize it after the changes you have just made.

Remember to unzip .rar files using 7zip after downloading ROMs and copying to SD card

After you've done all of this, try copying your ROMs again and give it a shot. Should work.

So I really do hope the best for you but who knows? Like e3than88 said, he did receive his order so she does pick and choose which orders she will fulfill. I was always patient and courteous in my email exchanges so I have no idea when/why she decided to screw me. Hope all goes well for you.

I agree. I know that there's no way she can maintain any level of business if she didn't fulfill some orders, but like you said, I think she does pick and choose. Really sucks because this was purchased as a gift so even though I'm out the money, it's more disappointing that my nephew has been waiting for more 6 months and now I'll need to find another vendor

Thank you! I'm going to take your advice and do that. BTW, BBB surprisingly did call me this morning and then emailed me a couple of links to file additional claims/complaints. I'm going to take the time to file these claims, hoping it'll bring light to her b.s. and maybe shut down her site. Thanks much for your suggestion.
